Very very nice. You should apply those good ideas to the "moke". An old very nice mini for "deserts".

Love this concept. All that needs improving is the wheels.

Thank you MadLittleMods! :D What would you recommend for the wheels?? Would love to hear your thoughts. atm it's a airless wheels, it had to be something more conceptual to compliment the rest of the flow for the project. But I m open to any suggestions. Let me know, thanks heaps! :D

I think a more bulky tire would compliment the vehicle more then an airless one. The rim design could also be more intricate or just a new design. The body of the car is awesome!

Is this car an off-roader by any chance?
I love the styling of it. It makes me think of the entries for Peugeot's Concept Car competition. [link]
I don't know when that competition is on next, but this would make for a great entry!
The taillights are an especially nice touch, along with the rear wheel arches.

no problem, you should sell it to a car constructor 'cause it's better than what i see in the motorshow

Thank you so much for all your comments!! It's really exciting to hear from you guys!!

To DeserkeR:
There were heaps of design changes during the process and countless re-build, it was a struggle trying to resolve some of the surfaces but got there at the end. Towards the end, it took about 1 week to build with reasonable surface quality. Surface modelled in Alias then rendered in Hypershot. Hope this helps.

Nice modelling. How much time did it take on Alias? And what rendering engine did you use, cause these look fabulous!

Haha I know what you mean, I'm also modelling on Alias and surface solving takes a lot of time and rebuilds! I'm currently looking for good rendering engines that are compatible with Alias, which is why I asked for yours. I heard Bunkspeed Hypershot and Keyshot are the best light emulators out there that can work directly with Alias files.

I feel you, Alias modelling can be a painful process but rendering it is fun. Hypershot and Keyshot is really good visualisation programs, they are easy to use and fast. But Maya and 3DSMax can do the same once you set the scene up, and doesn't take long at all now.

I can't wait to see what you have created. ;) keep updated :D and Thanks for the comment!

I've only just started Alias to be honest. The Ferrari Monza Concept in my gallery is a [highly photoshopped] Bunkspeed Shot render of my first ever Alias model. I currently have an internship in which I'm learning Rhino but I'm getting back to Alias as soon as I'm back to Uni in October! ;)

Thanks for your interest and I'm looking forward to seeing your next models as well!

Your concept looks great, I can see the Shot render in it. Alias will be very useful in Automotive industry, definitely worth getting back on if you are planning to be in Auto industry. :D
